Apex has been on the Kanifing Industrial Estate since 2012. Four ramps, six mechanics, a diagnostic bay and an auto electrician on staff rather than called in, which is why an electrical fault here is a same day job and not a fortnight.
We work on every make. We are not a main dealer, and servicing your car here does not affect a manufacturer warranty as long as the right parts are used and the book is stamped, which we do and we keep the parts receipts so you can prove it.
The thing we are actually known for is the quote. Every job is quoted in writing by message before a spanner is picked up, and the quote is what you pay. If we open something and find more than the diagnosis showed, we stop and ring you rather than carrying on and adding it at the end.

Not the diagnosis. Make, model, year and what it is doing. A short video of the noise is worth more than a paragraph describing it.
Written quote
By WhatsApp, usually within the hour during working time. Nothing starts until you reply yes.
Work, and a call if anything changes
If we find something else, the car stops and the phone rings. We never add work you did not agree to.
Collect, or take the courtesy car
Most work is same day. If we keep it overnight you get a courtesy car free, subject to one of the four being available.
